Thanks! I just got my brow shapes. I’m not sure which color powder I should use though, I have black hair and fair skin. Would black bee too much? People say to use brown but it looks funny with my hair color.

It depends if what shade of black. If you have reddish/brownish black hair, then you should use the brown powder. But if you have jet black hair or very coarse eyebrows, the brown may be too light for your coloring. In that case you should go with the black.
yeah, fill in your eyebrows using the stencil and a light coloured eyeshadow, then remove the stencil and pluck the hairs that are outside the part with eyeshadow on.
