Q: I wanted to use falsies to an event tomorrow to cover up the sparse areas of where some extensions had already fallen off… i haven’t had the time to have my eyelash extensions professionally removed..does anyone know if it’s safe to put the falsies on top of the extensions? or if someone could recommend a DIY eyelash extension remover I would really appreciate it..please help! thank you!

A:  No, no, no!  My eyes are screaming in pain just thinking about this!  The eyelash adhesive will cling to your extensions and lashes and possibly pull your extensions as well as your real eyelashes off when you try to remove the false eyelashes.   I would play it safe and apply more mascara instead.  To prepare for the future, grow out your sparse eyelashes naturally with eyelash growth products like LiLash, Revitalash, or Enormous Lash.  Continuing to use eyelash extensions and false eyelashes will just ruin the rest of your sparse lashes.

  1. It will be totally fine, remember to glue those false lashes close to your lash line, but not on your eyelashes. So they won’t pull of your own lashes. I hate those eyelash extension, they usually pull off your own eyelashes, usually they are hard to remove without ruining your own eyelashes. Try using a good oily make up remover or sorbelene cream to rub it off. The chances are lashes will come off.

  2. I don’t know what you mean by safe. It wont send you blind or anything, the worst that could happen is they fall off.
